my interaction with Vallorie by phone was disappointing. She was very brief, dismissive, and came across as rude during our conversation. Given the nature of the services provided, a more professional and patient approach to communicating with patients and referral sources would be appreciated. It may also be beneficial to ensure staff are fully informed about the services and referral processes offered by DPH so that accurate information can be provided to callers seeking assistance.

Hi, I must admit, I dreaded the task before me but the entire, experience was so refreshing! I mean this, was from the front door to the parking lot. There is one particular employee I'd like to acknowledge, who I call, Ms. Monique! This lady was more patient with me than I was with myself! She actually, help me brainstorm from scratch and she, delivered. Not only did she deliver the items I needed but she delivered her time and compassion! I just thought I'd remind others there are people who care and she's one of them! Thank you, for your help."Ms. Monique"...and others.

Dana H, Crystal H and Ms.Pam are some of the best people that work there. They take care of you like you're family π forever thankful for all they've done and continue to do in Vital Records. Any other staff member could learn from their service, compassion and efficiency.

Dana exceeded my expectations! She went above and beyond service! Customer service is a thing of the past but not in this office. Everyone in vital records was so nice and deserves a raise! I wasnβt feeling good but as soon as I walked in I felt welcomed, appreciated, and seen. So happy I came to Chatham county vital records because I wouldnβt have received such excellent service from them as I have had today. Thank you ladies so much!

I really hate leaving any kind of reviews, but the service standards of this office is completely absurd! The Chatham County Health Department is the biggest waste of the taxpayers dollars and resources. Time after time, the Health department fails to fulfill the needs of the citizens of the county. During this latest failure, I came in at 4:05pm needing a single birth certificate printed out. This is something that I have gotten completed before at this same office in-and-out in a matter of 5-10 minutes even before closing time. During this visit, the front counter attendant refuses to allow me to go to the kiosk to sign in and be seen saying they cut off at 4pm. It'd be one thing if the office was slammed packed and busy, but all windows had no customers to them and there was just one lady and her kid in a stroller waiting in the lobby. I absolutely hate that service is refused during actual business hours when no employee is occupied with customers. If your office closes at 5pm, I should not be refused service saying the cut-off time is 4pm for a piece of paper to be printed and stamped. Adjust your hours to reflect this lack of effort by the lazy staffing, or adjust your atti
